 A git checkout goes like:

 Commiting changes goes like:

  git status
  git commit -m 'The actual axis to split the partition blocks should be the x-axis for the gcm to im mapping, so this is changed. The Full scan has always enforced by checking the very first point (i.e. m==1,n==1), however now the m==1 cases are replaced by m==m_start.'
  git status
