Move the footer using "Select all" to "Copy"

Hi,

does anyone have an idea how I can move the line from bottom to top that says "Select all" to "Copy".

The best place would be below the line where the search bar, upload, and new element are located. Attempts to move the code fail.

A brief guide on which code needs to go where, or what exactly needs to be changed.
