Detecting agent use and propogating some basic telemetry in the form of custom API headers would help monitor and track usage of the CLI by agents, the types of agent, versions, effort levels, etc. and inform work to optimise and improve agent use.

Check the environment for the indicative env vars of the most common and popular agents. Include that agent along with any other meta data like version, effort, etc.
