[Server]: Never reaches Initialization Complete

As title states, I am unable to get the server to say "Initialization Complete"

I am using the latest release of the snap-camera-server, and am utilizing the latest AutoConfig.exe

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Docker/OpenSSL Light for Windows
2. Download snap-camera-server source code; Download Autoconfig
3. Run Autoconfig, and wait.

Get's hung at "Lens Prefetching Complete", and never gets that last step.

To add, when I go to the camera-kit at localhost:3000, it tells me "Upgrade Required" and no other error.
