AttributeError: 'DataCube' object has no attribute 'get_diffraction_image'

Seems to be an error in the first notebook for version 0.13.7

The error appears in the last cell. My guess is that "get_diffraction_image" never existed or was replaced, and should be "get_virtual_diffraction". However, there is no mode "mean" in "get_virtual_diffraction"

Hi @cbagwe,

I think those are old, and likely won't be updated or fixed. I found that simply running the more recent tutorials didn't trigger those issues.
