Executive Summary

Tract 1 of the QuanuX GCP Integration, focused on establishing the bounded historical lake ingestion pipeline, has achieved full execution mandate sign-off. The implementation successfully bridges the Tier 2 JetStream telemetry bus to Google Cloud Platform BigQuery and Storage while maintaining strict structural boundary protection.

Validated Capabilities

The Red Team has audited the source code and verifiable PyTest execution logs (test_run.log), granting approval based on the following proven criteria:

  • Canonical Extraction: The pipeline directly decodes quanux.schema.MarketTick events from NATS JetStream leveraging precise C-struct byte alignment (<QIddIIB). No intermediate mocks or non-canonical payloads are utilized.
  • Provider-Symmetric Operations: The quanuxctl infra CLI has been hardened to support [do|gcp] provider constraints, utilizing active subprocess orchestration and dynamic repository-relative path resolution for script execution.
  • BigQuery Table Automation: Automated configuration of BigQuery External Tables targeting the produced Parquet files in the configured GCS bucket.
  • Fail-Closed Runtime Invariants: The absolute memory boundary (500MB) for Tract 1 is protected by strict predictive batch scaling based on the exact 37-byte primitive layout. Crucially, this footprint is verified dynamically at the point of PyArrow materialization: table.nbytes == table.num_rows * 37. In the event of schema drift or compression violation, the module immediately fires a RuntimeError—guaranteeing zero execution overshoot.

Next Steps

With the core historical ingestion surface proven mathematically sound and rigorously bounded, engineering may safely advance into Tract 2: Prototype Development (e.g., AST transpilation, dynamic GraphQL registration) without risk of exposing the Tier 4 deterministic path.
