`GuiSlider()` when clicking on the slider-bar for draging, position changes to become mouse-centered

It would be nice if it could be clicked to start draging from clicked position, with no bar repositioning.

I'd like to work on fixing this issue for my first contribution to raygui.
Before I start coding, I want to make sure I understand the expected behavior correctly:
Current behavior (bug):

When clicking on the slider track (not on the handle), the handle jumps to the click position immediately

Expected behavior:

When clicking on the slider track, the handle should NOT jump
Dragging should only work when clicking directly ON the handle itself
Once dragging starts (from the handle), it continues even if mouse moves outside

Questions:

Is my understanding correct?
Should clicking on the track do nothing at all, or should it move the handle by a "step" toward the click?
Should this apply to both GuiSlider() and GuiSliderBar()?

I've created a test program to reproduce the bug and I'm ready to work on this once I confirm the expected behavior.
