does it support drawing shapes

sorry to ask this stupid question , but apart from gui windows , does this supports drawing raw shapes like lines and circles and boxes on screen ? like imgui's GetBacgroundDrawList()->AddRect() etc?? and is it faster than imgui in this ? i am asking cuz i want to adopt something else than imgui
