Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement")
Thank you for your interest in contributing to Simple Comment ("Project"), a project of rendall.dev Oy ("Company"). This Agreement is between you and the Company, and governs your contribution of any and all content to the Project.
If you agree to be bound by this Agreement, please read and sign below.

Definitions "Content" means any and all information or material contributed by you to the Project, including but not limited to source code, documentation, and any modifications or derivative works. "Project" means the open source software project owned by the Company that you are contributing Content to.

Grant of License
You hereby grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Content as part of the Project and to sublicense the Content to other users of the Project.
- Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that: The Content is original to you and you have the right to contribute it to the Project. You are not aware of any third-party intellectual property rights that would be infringed by the inclusion of the Content in the Project.
- Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that: The Company is under no obligation to incorporate the Content into the Project. You will not receive any compensation or consideration from the Company for the Content. This Agreement does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and the Company.
- Future Changes
The Company may modify this Agreement from time to time. If the Company makes material changes to this Agreement, it will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Project's website. Your continued contributions to the Project after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
- Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.
