#4 Added the ability to customise the colour of the text for the buttons, subtitle and title text.

To use the feature - override the colours in your own colors.xml file:
tutorial_buttonTextColor
tutorial_subtitleTextColor
tutorial_titleTextColor.

Same goes for overriding the default text for skip and done:
tutorial_skip
tutorial_done
