This file provides project-level instructions for Claude Code.

HelloNetworkWorld is a BC Government DevOps reference and infrastructure health-check
application deployed to OpenShift Emerald (be808f namespace):

Two primary functions:
- Standards Reference Hub — curated BC Gov dev/design/security/deployment standards links
- Network Reachability Testing — configurable cron-driven network test engine (NetworkTestDefinitions, Feature 007 NetworkPolicy automation)
