[BUG]: No form validation on Cancel Request form #5637

Current Behavior

Currently, when canceling a request, the following form appears:

Here "Cancellation reason *" is required. However, I can submit this form without entering this reason.

Expected Behavior

Validation error should occur if no reason is provided when trying to cancel a request.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Requests
  2. Cancel an existing request
  3. Leave text form under "Cancellation reason *" blank
  4. Hit "Yes. Cancel Request"

Environment

- npm:

Criteria for Completion

  • When a bank user clicks on "Yes. Cancel Request" without entering reason, a validation error should appear and user should stay on form
  • Appropriate tests updated
