Rewrite IO functions for MNE EEGLAB (make the new functions part of EEGPrep), which are very simple and do not implement a full round trip. For example, Christian reported that the subject, for example, is not preserved.

Also, implement reading and writing in memory.

Still an important issue. The MNE functions are too simple eeg_eeg2mne and eeg_mne2eeg and do not capture the full complexity of the datasets.
