In order for us to contribute upstream, contributors to Trivalent
give permission to the secureblue project to submit their changes to the
Chromium project or a future replacement upstream base under the preferred
choice of licensing for that project. Only the code accepted by upstream
will then be made available under upstream's preferred license.
