Phase 1: The Silicon-to-Wetware Transition (Q1 2026)

Target: Move from validated digital twins to living prototypes.

  • Synthesis of the HAWRA v5.8 Cassette: Ordering the 7 DNA blocks for Gibson Assembly.
  • Transformation of Ficus elastica: Implementing the CRISPR-Cas9 protocol for Lsi1 modification (Silica Shield).
  • Initial Bio-Qubit Calibration: Measuring P700 density in modified leaves.

Phase 2: The "First Bloom" Experiment (Q2 2026)

Target: First successful quantum state preparation in a living organism.

  • Hardware-Bio Integration: Setup of the laser-induced pulse system for excitonic control.
  • Quantum Coherence Validation: Benchmarking T2 times at 25°C vs 35°C.
  • Arbol Runtime Deployment: Executing the first native Arbol script in-vivo.

Phase 3: Scaling & Distributed Bio-Computing (Q3-Q4 2026)

Target: Creating a decentralized network of biological processors.
