Updates from Issue #9 create significant functionality changes for those using picoapp with pjax: while not throwing errors, these changes do affect backward compatibility.
Would it make sense to include these changes as a Major version release?
(I'm guilty of not noticing that minor version change and spending a lot of time struggling to debug my project)
