ScriptPlayer+ End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use
of ScriptPlayer+ and any related releases, source code, documentation, images,
videos, icons, and other project materials made available by sioaeko
(collectively, the "Software"). By downloading, installing, copying, running,
or otherwise using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not download, install, copy, run, or
use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, sioaeko grants you a limited, revocable,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use
official ScriptPlayer+ binary releases for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No rights are granted except for the rights expressly stated in this Agreement.
All other rights are reserved by sioaeko.

2. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

- use the Software for commercial purposes without prior written permission
  from sioaeko;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, mirror, host, publish, or make
  the Software available to third parties;
- modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or fork the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive
  source code, algorithms, or implementation details from the Software, except
  to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- remove, obscure, or alter copyright, license, trademark, attribution, or
  other proprietary notices;
- use the Software, project name, icons, screenshots, videos, or other project
  materials to imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorization by sioaeko;
- bypass access controls or share private alpha builds, source code, or other
  non-public materials; or
- use the Software in a way that violates applicable law, third-party rights,
  platform rules, or device terms.

3. Source Code And Project Materials

The Software is proprietary and is not open source. Any source code or alpha
repository access provided to you is private, confidential, and limited to the
access scope separately granted by sioaeko.

Public documentation, screenshots, videos, icons, and other media are provided
only for viewing the official project pages and releases. They are not licensed
for reuse, redistribution, modification, or inclusion in other projects without
prior written permission from sioaeko.

4. Third-Party Components

The Software may include or depend on third-party software, libraries, services,
protocols, or assets. Those third-party components remain subject to their own
licenses and terms. This Agreement does not limit any rights you may have under
those third-party licenses.

5. User Content And Devices

The Software is designed to work with local media files, scripts, device
connections, and third-party services selected by the user. sioaeko does not
claim ownership of your local files or user-provided content.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of media, scripts, accounts,
devices, networks, and third-party services is lawful and complies with all
applicable terms and permissions.

6. Updates And Changes

sioaeko may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time.
Future versions may be distributed under updated terms. Continued use of a
version that includes or links to updated terms means you accept those updated
terms for that version.

7. Termination

This Agreement begins when you first download, install, copy, run, or use the
Software. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically if you breach
any term of this Agreement.

After termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in
your possession or control.

8. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or
conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise,
including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sioaeko will not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive
damages, or for any loss of profits, data, content, device functionality,
goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Software or
this Agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sioaeko's total liability
for any claim arising from or related to the Software or this Agreement will not
exceed the amount you paid directly to sioaeko for the Software in the twelve
months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.

10. No Support Obligation

sioaeko has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates, bug fixes,
compatibility fixes, or continued access to the Software.

11. Permissions

Requests for commercial use, redistribution, source access, media reuse, or any
other permission not granted by this Agreement must be approved in writing by
sioaeko.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and sioaeko regarding the
Software version or materials that include or link to this Agreement. It
supersedes prior or contemporaneous statements about that Software version or
those materials, except for separate written agreements signed or otherwise
expressly approved in writing by sioaeko.
