is it possible to add this to n7m?

woudl be great to follow the tutorial:
https://nominatim.org/tutorials/running-nomintim-and-rendering-together.html

to have nominatim and rendering db in the same db.

then it would be possible to add
https://github.com/AcuGIS/OpenTileServer
to the docker file and have a great all in one solution
