Sourcegit not refreshing on changes

Noticed an issue the other day, using the latest. I'm not sure when I first noticed it, but in order to commit any changes, I have to close the program and re-open it. If the program is open when I make file changes, it doesn't show under "local changes".
It used to work fine.

This is on Ubuntu.

It may be related to a known issue with C# file-system watcher (which is linux-only).

And you can use F5 to refresh the repository or re-open it in SourceGit instead of re-starting this app.

In some previous tests I noticed that the workcopy view can still get stale and F5 doesn't work. Path:

IsChanged sometimes claims there is no change despite changes being done on disk. I noticed this especially during debugging SourceGit. I had fixed this once temporarily by adding a "forceRefresh/forceUpdate" flag in the chain.

Today I also encountered an issue where the staged changes did not refresh after committing, and pressing F5 had no effect.

P.S. I think my issue is related with race condition of _useAmend.

I can not reproduce this issue. But I pushed a commit that moves WorkingCopy.SetData to UIThread to avoid data-race
