Send Push Notifications when event approaches

As a Spotters, I can receive a push notification reminding me about the activity I scheduled

Technical

• Create CloudWatch handler (Cron) - check for upcoming events in the next day
• Be careful about Time Zones
• Send request to Google's Push Notification service for each upcoming event found
