sublogmon fails after some time due to unhandled error

After running for some time, sublogmon will fail with the following error:

2017/11/11 14:57:54 Unexpected error occurred: received inotify event for unknown filename "/dev"

It immediately exits with exit code 1.

I ran in debug mode for a while to see if there would be any additional output (there wasn't) and it failed whilst my computer was unattended meaning it wasn't from me doing anything weird (as far as I can tell)

sublogmon.json and suppresions.json were both from master in the repository as was the dbus config, and this is from a build of master.

Happy to try to reproduce with any additional log sources or options.

I've set up sublogmon to run in a loop so I can catch some more of these and I just got:
