Your purpose in using this API:
I would like to build a free, high-quality Android application to improve the accessibility of [Sunnah.com](http://Sunnah.com) for mobile users through a modern UI/UX, better navigation, and optional offline features.

My primary intention is to contribute this as an official application under [Sunnah.com,](http://Sunnah.com,) if you are open to it. Otherwise, with your permission, I would publish it independently while fully respecting your platform, attribution requirements, and terms of use.

The goal is to extend the reach of [Sunnah.com](http://Sunnah.com) and make authentic hadith more accessible to a broader mobile-first audience.

API rate limits:

• Maximum requests per second: 2 requests/second
• Maximum requests per day: 10,000 requests/day

Is your use case better served by having an offline dump of hadith data or programmatic API access?
Primarily API access for real-time querying and updates. However, a partial offline dataset would also be useful to enable offline reading features within the app.

What are the languages in which would you like hadith data?
English and Arabic (primary), with potential support for Urdu in the future.

What programming language will your API client be in?
Kotlin (Android)
