Tracking issue for the telemetry initiative.

Context: June 9 sync, June 23 sync, HedgeDoc planning pad.

Goals

Measure whether Symposium is helping users — both through objective activity metrics and subjective outcome/feedback signals.

Design principles:

• Opt-in, per-user (not per-project). Single tier for now (on/off).
• Local-first: gather into ~/.symposium/, upload is a separate step.
• Drop events older than 30 days.
• Only enable for agents we support.
