Solution Load Performance Warning

I keep getting a warning saying:

You can improve 'Solution Load' performance by disabling 'Project Load Time Monitor 2' extension

How can this be fixed?

I doubt we can reliably or easily fix as I think that warnings is based on some heuristics (ie, performance monitoring) and not because of the use of the particular API, and if that's the case there is not much code we can optimize.

This is just my guess though since I cannot get the warning with solutions I have.
