Featured writers section on homepage #116
Description
Add a curated 'Featured Writers' section to the homepage to recognize top contributors and give new visitors social proof.
Context: Part of the comeback strategy — early contributors need to feel special and recognized to stay on the platform.
Acceptance criteria:
- Admin can mark users as 'featured'
- Featured writers appear on homepage with avatar, name, article count
- Links to their profile page
