Tag/topic pages with follow functionality #119
Description
Give each tag a dedicated page listing all articles under it. Allow users to follow tags so their feed is personalized.
Context: Topic-based discovery helps readers find relevant content and gives writers a targeted audience.
Acceptance criteria:
/tags/[slug]page with paginated article list- Follow/unfollow button on tag page
- Followed-tag articles appear in user's personalized feed
- Tag pages are crawlable (good for SEO)
