Investigating Jinja2 (unicode) vs Roundup (utf-8) problem

Resolving issue2550811 - unicode errors with experimental jinja2 template, needs to investigate different vectors. Writing here, because I [ ] forgot login for Roundup interface at http://issues.roundup-tracker.org/ and [ ] don't remember if it allows to edit messages to keep signal/noise ratio high.

Reproducing the issue:

hg clone http://hg.code.sf.net/p/roundup/code roundup
cd roundup
python demo.py -t jinja2 nuke

open http://localhost:8917/demo/
login as demo/demo
create new issue http://localhost:8917/demo/issue?@template=item
paste "тест" into issue title
