Implement schematic rotation

It would be really nice to have the possibility to rotate schematics in multiple uf 90 degrees.

This can be a bit tricky with doors, beds, stairs, ...

Haven't looked at this code in a while due to other commitments.

Code responsible for pasting to world has a rotation function. See libschematic.sh repo, load command class for example.

Hope to have some time to finish this library soon

Currently in the process of making said libschematic.sh play nicely with things in 1.7.10 (Packets are now all seven hells of wonderful). I'll see if I can sort that stuff out while I'm at it.

I ended up ripping out WorldEdit's schematic handling and created a mostly minecraft/modframework agnostic solution https://github.com/trichner/libschem, no dependencies on Minecraft or Bukkit/Forgre.
