Hi, team, the latest tensorflow-text 2.20.1 is not compatible with the latest tensorflow 2.21. Is there a plan to release tensorflow-text 2.21?

Hi team, is there any update?
Currently, we cannot upgrade TensorFlow to 2.21 since we need to load the multilingual USE model, which requires tensorfow-text
