placement of <ThemeInit />

Hi
tried to place inside index.tsx or app.tsx but still got the warning:
" Custom values detected in .flowbite-react\config.json, render at root level of your app to sync runtime with node config values"
where to place it exactly?

Hey there, the warning is at the moment popping up when either prefix, dark (or version is 3) are not the default values, so even if <ThemeInit /> is rendered the warning will still appear.

As long as <ThemeInit /> is rendered at the top of ur application and most importantly before any flowbite-react components are used, u're good to go.

Working on a fix for this as we speak in #1604, so that the warning only appears when there is no <ThemeInit /> present in the application.
