Improve component documentation

we introduced interactive documentation for our components in PR #61

but there's a few cleanup tasks left to explore outlined below:

• build out more examples - custom styles using css overrides, more recent map properties, etc
• what's happening with os features examples? why is data synced?
• geojsonData example not loading?
• some way to handle env vars / OS API keys?
• typescript support?
