[Bug]: Screen Aspect ratio | The Aspect ratio is not adjusted according to screen

What happened?

Description : Defect found in screen aspect ratio functionality

To reproduce the behavior?

Steps : 1.Open Monster Jam

Expected Result : The Screen aspect ratio should be according to display variation

Actual Result : The screen aspect ratio of game display there is gap between the side bars

the issue here is, aspect ratio of server is not synchronized to client aspect ratio.

I think this can be resolved by programmatically resize the window screen
