[MoF] Some replays end prematurely due to stage practice replay crash fix

With thcrap enabled replays did not progress through stages so it's only plays only one stage that we select in the menu.

I was able to reproduce it with the non Steam version of the game but only with the replay you used in your demonstration (Link to it for the others)

Looks like binhack fix_practice_replay_crash#1 and fix_practice_replay_crash#2 can be the issue.
