Describe the bug
Switching on "Advanced customization" in ambient sound settings result in robotic sound and adjusting the sliders doesn't do anything.
It feels more like the noise canceling mode with "speech" exception, just a really bad one.
Enabling ambient sound itself, without the advanced customization has much better, more natural passthrough.
To Reproduce
Switch on "Advanced customization" on Buds2 Pro
Expected behavior
Clean ambient sound which volume and tone can be adjusted.
Desktop:
- OS: Android 11, English
- Application version: 5.2.0.0
Additional context
To be fair, I havent experienced these earbuds on the original app, but I honestly think this mode does not work as expected.
Even if the degradation of sound is expected, at least all the sliders should do something.
Happens on the newest firmware (AYF1) as well as an older one from match 2024 (AXC2)
