Machine-readable output format

Currently, the output format is not easily machine-parsable, complicating integration with existing systems for further analysis.

I believe this is mostly a documentation issue, as we support serializing the report to a file (json IIRC)

I tested it today, and -outputFile works and writes the results to a JSON file.
