2598 bug lo l2 bootstrap correction (IMAP-Science-Operations-Center#2605)
* Only apply bootstrap correction where bootstrap intensity is valid * Fix sputtering and bootstrap corrections * Fix bootstrap correction converting NaNs to zero * Fix test broken by update to H energies * Fix test broken by update to H geometric factor file * PR feedback
