Member Update via UI (Topcoder Dev site) is not working after CQRS change

• Update the Member profile name from the Topcoder Dev site
• Retrive the data from the Postman and check the change (Not reflected)
• Refresh the Topcoder Dev site and see the changes (Not saved)
