Bump minimatch and sucrase (#123)

Removes [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [sucrase](https://github.com/alangpierce/sucrase). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `minimatch`

Updates `sucrase` from 3.35.0 to 3.35.1
