tpm2-tss-policy-editor: fix policy authorization and extend enums.

* The key "keyPEM" was replaced with "key" for PolicyAuthorization.
* The enums of constants were extended to be able to use the policies from
  the TSS integration tests as default.
* Strange descriptions were removed.
* Lowercase version of constants were added.
* The auxiliary structure TPMU_RSA_SCHEME was added to enable editing of
  TPMT_RSA_SCHEME.
* Descriptions were added to the policies.
* Selection pem/tpm was enabled for policy authorization.
* Add empty structure and null selector for several structures.
