[New Script] Increase Performance and Privacy of NVIDIA Services and Miscellaneous Settings (2026-03-03) (Strict but Not Recommended)

I have worked completely hard for this script. Some commands are fine, but some commands are not recommended. Many game-performance commands and some Windows commands work fine, but some Windows commands are not recommended. When I used all commands in this script to increase performance and privacy, my Realtek speaker icon went missing and the loading around my explorer.exe application went slow, which is why it is not recommended, and I am not specifically sure what commands cause that to happen incorrectly. Also, this script works on Windows 10 22H2 and many versions of Windows 11.

Small Hint: The “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\MMDevices\Audio\” registry path refers to the audio settings.

Lots of misterious registry modifications in these scripts. The effect of every single individual registry modification should be documented, along with its source and its measured effect.

You can't bundle thousands of registry modifications under a single one line comment and expect that to be trustworthy.

I am not sure why Microsoft had not documented these registry keys and registry values that are rare.
