Environment class
For the wind velocity vs altitude it's best to use altitude agl than asl because : 
the wind speed and turbulence changes the fastest at the atmospheric boundary layer
and the rocket loads and control are most stresses in that region
using abgl normalizes the wind profile
for example if th launch pad is at 450 asl, if we get a wind reading at 1km the rocket only sees 500m abgl, overestimation of wind shear and turbulence
