Describe the bug

After the latest Windows 10 update, the taskbar icon size setting in ExplorerPatcher doesn’t work anymore.
Even if I enable "Large" icons, they still remain very small (same as default) in 2560x1440 resolution screen.

Expected outcome

Taskbar icons should scale properly when set to Large. After applying the setting, the icons are expected to appear visibly larger than the default size, just like they did before the Windows 10 update.

Actual outcome

Even after enabling Large icons in ExplorerPatcher’s taskbar settings, the taskbar icons remain very small (default size). The setting does not take effect after restart or Explorer reload.
