Describe the bug

I installed the latest version yesterday.
After rebooting my pc i have multiple issues
1 i cant uninstall EP.
I got the message below:

2 When i click Windows Start button nothing happens

3 When i right click any program on my taskbar i dont get any context menu anymore.

Expected outcome

point 3 is no longer an issue.. it solved by itself miraculous

did you add all the exceptions to windows defender listed here? https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases

If you are running a third party antivirus, you'll need to add the exceptions to it.
