Before reporting your issue
Repro ExplorerPatcher versions
26100.4946.69.6
Repro Windows Versions
Version 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8037) AMD64
3rd party tweak software installed
Open Shell (highly unlikely to be the cause)
Describe the bug
When using the keyboard to switch tabs, the screen reader announces the wrong tab title. For instance, if I press 7, NVDA says "Selected page: Spotlight" but it is actually displaying the Updates page. They seem to fall out of sync partway through, and my guess is the tabs were reorganized at some point and the announcements didn't keep up.
Expected outcome
The screen reader should announce the newly-displayed tab title.
Actual outcome
The screen reader announces the wrong tab title.
Additional info
This is reproducible with Narrator in case you need an actual screen reader to test with. Press ctrl_windows+enter to turn Narrator on or off. When in the Properties window, press the numbers on the number row or use left/right arrow.
Crash Dumps
No response
Media
I don't have OBS on this machine yet; if you have trouble tracking this down or this isn't clear, let me know and i'll throw together a screen recording with audio.
