Weather widget not working properly

Before reporting your issue

• I have confirmed that this issue does not happen when ExplorerPatcher is not installed
• I do not have "register as shell extension" enabled
• I have tried my best to check existing issues

Repro ExplorerPatcher versions

Even if I clear the weather widget data, it will not load the weather. I've tried to uninstall EP then reinstalled it, didn't work. The paper icon (displayed when there's an error loading it) shows but the weather ultimately doesn't. Any ideas on how to fix this?

An error when I try to enable the weather widget on EP occurs, not a pop-up but rather just on the taskbar.

Expected outcome

1. I turn on the weather widget
2. The weather works as expected.

Actual outcome

The weather widget will just not work, at all.

Please post windows version and build. You can find this by running winver. Please include if you are running x86-64 or Arm. And what language your windows is in.
Please post explorer patcher version, by running EP properties application and click on About on the left side.

I tried that link on the comments. The fix that person linked in there doesn't exist anymore. Everytime I click the link it just gives a 404. As for the other fix, with the "CanIViewWeb2" thing, that also doesn't work (for me at least), since my path with the users is either "inwar" or "public". No "HOME" folder is found. So, as for the issue, it's still ongoing for me.
