Moonlight doesn't work after Kodi was set to autostart through systemd #104

I installed Kodi on A Pi 5 with Raspberry Pi OS lite (64bit). Getting the Moonlight addon working was no problem. Only issue was that I had to install pulseaudio to get sound.

Then I wanted to have Kodi autostart and created a systemd service:

(Sorry, link is in german. But the relevant parts don't need translation.)

At first I thought everything was working but when I tried to run Moonlight it didn't start. It just crashed and reverted to Kodi. I undid the systemd autostart. Then I had to reinstall the Moonlight addon from zip and got it working again.

Now I suspect that the addon won't work properly if Kodi is started through systemd. Any help here?

(My Pi was already fully configured and working fine with libreelec. Then I wanted to add Moonlight to get rid of my old Steam Link hardware. It worked but only with Xbox360 controllers. I want to use the newer Xbox controllers with the official wireless dongle. But I wasn't able to install the necessary driver on libreelec. The new controllers work fine with Raspberry Pi OS (xone driver). But now I have the autostart vs. Moonlight issue.)
