Rawhide is sometimes called "development" or "main". Fedora
RawHide is the future.

Rawhide is the name given to the current development version
of Fedora Linux. It consists of a package repository called
rawhide and contains the latest build of all Fedora Linux 
packages updated on a daily basis. Each day, the build system 
attempts to create a full set of deliverables ,images and so on
and all that compose successfully are included in the 
Rawhide tree for that day.

Fedora, also known as Fedora Linux, is a popular Open Source
Linux-based operating system (OS). Designed as a secure, general
purpose OS, Fedora is developed on a six-month to eight-month
release cycle under the Fedora Project. Both the OS and the
Fedora Project are financially sponsored and supported
by Red Hat. Fedora is a free and open source OS 
platform for hardware, clouds and containers. Based on the
Linux OS kernel architecture, Fedora Linux is a user-friendly
OS that enables users to perform their tasks easily and
efficiently with minimal friction. The name Fedora refers to
the characteristic fedora hat in Red Hat's Shadowman logo.

Make Fedora Rawhide faster - Type this in Terminal

sudo nano /etc/dnf/dnf.conf

and add this to Console

max_parallel_downloads=10
fastestmirror=true

Paste in terminal: sudo nano /etc/wsl.conf

Add this to Bash and sabe

[boot]
systemd=true

Reboot - Reboot - Reboot - Reboot - Reboot - Reboot - Fedora RawHide

Time to update Fedora RawHide so we can install GNOME desktop.

Paste in Terminal: sudo dnf update

Add repos in Bash - I have already added them but try to run them again.

sudo dnf install https://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-rawhide.noarch.rpm
sudo dnf install https://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-rawhide.noarch.rpm

Time to update Fedora RawHide - again

Paste in Terminal: sudo dnf upgrade --refresh

Install the following programs in Terminal For Fedora RawHide.

sudo dnf install git wget curl bash pipx dracut dmraid net-tools dbus-x11 dbus*

Install Hyfetch - like Neofetch but more gay =)

pipx install hyfetch
pipx ensurepath

Put this in terminal to Test: hyfetch

Install Chrome Browser - Always works =}

wget https://dl.google.com/linux/direct/google-chrome-stable_current_x86_64.rpm
sudo yum install ./google-chrome-stable_current_*.rpm
sudo yum update google-chrome-stable

Time Install GNOME desktop for Fedora RawHide 

Paste one by one in Console / Terminal / Bash / Shell

sudo dnf install gdm*

sudo dnf install gnome* --exclude=gnome-shell-extension-system-monitor-47~alpha-1.fc41.noarch,gnome-shell-extension-system-monitor-applet-1:38-29.20240502git4a1cfff.fc41.noarch

sudo dnf install gnome-shell-extension-system-monitor

Paste this in Bash / terminal / Console / Shell for Fedora RawHide and GNOME

xdg-user-dirs-update
sudo systemctl set-default multi-user.target
sudo systemctl set-default graphical.target
sudo ln -fs /usr/lib/systemd/system/graphical.target /etc/systemd/system/default.target

Type this in terminal and put your user there - loginctl enable-linger conny

Login with GWSL and Config all. Then start Linux-shell from GWSL

    "After installing wsl. Always start from GWSL bash"

In terminal type: sudo nano ~/.wsl_x11_env

Paste this small script in terminal and save and quit nano.

export XDG_SESSION_TYPE=x11
export XDG_SESSION_CLASS=user
export GDK_BACKEND=x11

export LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1

Then everything was ready to start. Paste this lines in Terminal.

Type in terminal: gnome-session

Fedora Rawhide is in constant development so Good luck =]

It takes a little time to start at the beginning so leave it for
a minute if nothing happens.
