Summary
I would like to be able to customize the 'warping...' message that appears when Warp is starting up or initializing.
Use Case
Proposed Solution
Add a configuration option in the user preferences (similar to how themes and other UI elements are customizable) that allows users to:
- Set a custom startup/loading message
- Optionally disable the startup message entirely
- Perhaps include some preset fun alternatives alongside the custom option
Current Behavior
The 'warping...' message is hardcoded and cannot be changed through any configuration options.
Expected Behavior
Users should be able to customize this message through:
- Settings UI in Warp
- Configuration file editing
- CLI parameter (optional)
Additional Context
This would be a nice quality-of-life improvement that adds to Warp's already excellent customization options. Many users enjoy personalizing their development environment, and this would be another way to make Warp feel uniquely theirs.
Platform: Linux (Ubuntu)
Warp Version: Preview build
