As TSC members, we all have significant responsibilities and commitments outside of webpack. Balancing these with bi-weekly meetings has become increasingly difficult, and the current cadence often results in reduced attendance and lower engagement.
Moving to monthly meetings would better reflect the reality of our workloads while still maintaining meaningful oversight and collaboration. A monthly rhythm gives everyone more time to prepare, reduces scheduling conflicts, and respects the time commitments we each carry across other projects and responsibilities.
This change would increase the likelihood that all TSC members can consistently participate, making our meetings more productive and representative. We believe the quality of our discussions would improve with a well-prepared monthly meeting compared to frequent bi-weekly ones where attendance is uneven.
We should start this in mid-June.
