Issue

WingFlex Bridge V3.0.0.1 appears to not support two WingFlex CDU/MCDU units being connected and used at the same time.

The hardware L/R switch on the back of the MCDU does not appear to assign or separate the two units correctly. As a result, two connected CDU/MCDU units may not function independently as left and right units.

This issue is pending verification because it has not yet been reproduced internally with two MCDU units available.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open WingFlex Bridge V3.0.0.1.
  2. Connect two WingFlex CDU/MCDU units to the same PC.
  3. Set the hardware L/R switch on the back of each MCDU so that one unit is assigned as L and the other as R.
  4. Launch a supported simulator and aircraft.
  5. Attempt to use both CDU/MCDU units at the same time.
  6. Observe whether Bridge recognizes and operates both units independently.

Expected Result

WingFlex Bridge should support two CDU/MCDU units connected at the same time.

The hardware L/R switch should correctly assign each unit as left or right, allowing both units to operate independently.

Actual Result

Bridge V3.0.0.1 does not appear to support two CDU/MCDU units being used at the same time.

The hardware L/R switch on the back of the MCDU does not appear to work as expected.

Workaround

No confirmed workaround at this time.

Notes

Pending verification, as this has not yet been tested internally with two MCDU units.
